Can I have a design printed on both sides of the banner?
Yes - for a 'budget' double sided banner we print on Equi-Vinyl 500. Depending on the design chosen and the light situation, this may give some 'show through' from the design on the reverse in the central panel. However when the more expensive Equi-Vinyl 680 is used there is no show through at all because the 680 has a 'light stop' core which eliminates light passing through and is more heavy duty. We recommend this when banners are printed with logos or publicity. We also have a x-country double sided size (1.5m x 2.8m) which can be used to hang both sides of the pole - see 'How To Use Training Banners'.

What is the 100% Equi-Recyclable Material?
Equitility's 100% Equi-Recyclable Material is Polyban 320PE which is a reinforcing high density polythene scrim laminated on both sides with a unique engineered low density polythene blend. It is 132gsm and it can be fitted with 100% recyclable eyelets made from high strength impact resistant polypropylene. -
Can horses walk directly on the banners?
Equitility banners have been thoroughly tried and tested, we have had horses walking over them successfully under the following conditions: the banner was laid out flat without poles in the pockets, on an established all weather (rubber and sand) arena surface, the horses shoes were 'clean' ie no studs. Under these conditions the banners were not damaged. -
What is the best way to carry and store my banner?
The best way to keep your banner is to roll it up with the print on the inside. -
How long will my banner last?
A banner's life time expectancy is years rather than months, however it depends on how it is used and looked after. These banners use the same print technology and manufacturing techniques as large external banners used on buildings which may last for several years. Folding banners rather than rolling them will reduce life expectancy. -
Can I have eyelets added to the banner?
Yes, eyelets can be added where there is a double thickness of material, i.e. a pocket eyelet will be added both sides so that a cord can be threaded through. -
What is the Equi-Mesh Material?
Equi-Mesh is developed to give improved wind resistance. The double sided Equi-Mesh has smaller holes than the single sided. Please contact us for a sample.
